In case of dissatisfaction

According to the rules established for the contracts made in our virtual store, you have a period of 7 (seven) consecutive days, from the date of delivery of the product, to contact us and request the return or exchange of the product. This contact must be made through the email contato@nosalpes.com or contact our customer service via WhatsApp by phone +55 41 996189235 and the name of the buyer, documents, order number and product must be informed. for which you want to make the exchange or return.

We will return within 3 (three) business days with the authorization and instructions for returning the goods. Only products authorized for shipment and that follow the instructions correctly will be accepted.

After receiving the product at our administrative headquarters, an evaluation of the product will be carried out so that this exchange or return is authorized. In this case, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging with all accessories that accompany it, the label intact and without signs of use.

If the product received meets the requirements mentioned above, you can exchange it for any other product or be refunded the amount of your purchase.

The replacement period can be up to 30 days, according to the Consumer Protection Code.

If there is no repair of the product or similar in stock for replacement, Nos Alpes is responsible for the full refund or exchange for another product in the same amount. If a defect in the manufacture of the product is detected, freight is the responsibility of Nos Alpes.
